This course sets out the basic requirements and expectations of leaders (managers, supervisors, superintendents, foremen etc.) in Mpact regarding the management and leadership of Safety, Health and Environment within their areas of responsibility. The course deals with the legal, moral, and ethical reasons why leaders are responsible for SHE and sets out some of the practical expectations and guidelines. Reference is made to other courses and standards as required.
