Biography

During the last fifteen years Wendy has facilitated learning sessions for more than 2000 adult learners. She has trained courses ranging from NQF level 1 to 5; and has worked with groups ranging from 2 to 100 people. She has facilitated, among others, courses in business management, business administration, adult education, contact centre support and management, financial services, and a wide variety of soft skills specialising in communication skills. A Bachelor of Business Administration degree and NQF level 6 qualification in Occupationally Directed Education, Training and Development Practices ensure that she is equipped to deliver highly effective training interventions.
