The Mpact Code of Ethics defines the moral impulses, ethical values and behavioural standards at Mpact. The leaders of Mpact not only endorse this Code, but vow to apply it in their decisions and actions, in mapping company strategy, and in managing  operations. In addition they commit to living the values by reflecting on it implications, communicating it, enforcing it and monitoring its effectiveness.

Employees are asked to look after Mpact’s ethics within their sphere of influence. This means knowing the standards and abiding by them. 

Through the use of multimedia, including: audio, text, images and interactive elements, this course lays out the Mpact Code of Ethics in an easy to follow and engaging manner.

The course comprises two sections:

1. Section 1: Ethics at Mpact: Outlines the Vision and Values at Mpact, which provide the moral foundation and platform on which Mpact’s behavioural standards rest.
2. Section 2: Guidelines: A series of practical actions that embody the Mpact Vision and Values.
