This short course introduces the learner to Mpact’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. The course comprises 9 short ethical requirements displayed in audio format, with a corresponding GIF and text to reinforce the message. It outlines the required ethical behaviours and business conduct that is expected of Mpact employees, and to which they must commit. It also provides two scenarios that require the learners to challenge themselves to think about how to apply the ethics and business code to possible work situations. Finally, you are required to pass a short quiz to complete the course.
