This short course introduces the learner to Mpact’s Behavioural Code of Conduct. The course comprises 10 short behaviours displayed in text format, with a corresponding GIF to reinforce the message. It outlines the required behaviour and conduct that is expected of Mpact employees and to which they must commit. It also provides two scenarios that require the learners to challenge themselves to think about how to apply the code of conduct to possible work situations. Finally, you are required to pass the short quiz at the end, to complete the course.
