By the end of this course, you will be familiar with the appropriate Occupational Health and Safety General Administrative Regulations, and the role that the various stakeholders: employers, employees, Health and Safety Committees, Union Representatives, Government and the like play. Regulations include: reporting incidents; completing the relevant documentation; displaying relevant legal information; notifying the relevant authorities of accidents/ incidents and other general administrative legal compliance requirements for your site.

By familiarizing yourself with the relevant theory through this short module, before entering the classroom sessions, you will be primed to get the most out of the applied, and practical classroom sessions, to enhance the overall learning experience.
You will also have ongoing access to the theory, relevant laws, and updated information, through your e-Learning portal. Having this information at your fingertips is invaluable for the everyday management of Occupational Health and Safety at Mpact.
Through the e-Learning portal, you will need to demonstrate your level of understanding, through a knowledge quiz at the end.
