About Course
By the end of the course, you will have a better understanding of the Mpact company culture and values and how your values align with the company. You will be given valuable tools and techniques to use your unique strengths to optimise your work experience and performance to your benefit and that of the organisation.
The course will be run on a blended learning model that will make use of the Mpact e-Learning Academy, as well as classroom sessions. This model aims to optimize the learning experience, by giving learners access to valuable online learning resources, including reading material, questionnaires, assignments, videos, and quizzes to prime learners’ knowledge before arriving in the classroom.
The classroom sessions will be run as small interactive group sessions, in which a diverse group of well-informed learners will share their knowledge, underpinned by sound theory, prior leaning and experiences and guided by an experienced facilitator.
