This is done through a powerful online tool that takes only minutes to complete but provides information that will serve as a valuable resource to help you develop an understanding of your own nutrition needs. We then move on to examine the effect of nutrition choices on your health and how to build resilience through good nutrition.
There is more to making good choices than simply knowing what to do. You need the skills to develop new habits. This is a very important component of any new lifestyle change. In the behaviour change lesson, you will learn the fundamentals of healthy habit formation to make good food choices a natural part of your day.
By the end of the course, you will feel confident in making good nutrition choices and hopefully inspired to help others within your organisation.
